great tips for vegetable diet day 2

Vegetables-onion, peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes- w/ (pinch of chili or curry powder) grilled or sautéed in olive oil snuggled in an egg white omelete makes day 2 tolerable.

Breakfast for day 2 has always been my problem. For Lunch I have Veggie-Shish-a-bob brushed with vinegar for a good taste and then the same for dinner along with the baked potato and butter spray.

You just have keep in mind that you may only have 1 TABLESPOON Olive Oil and 1 TABLESPOON vinegar for the whole day so choose which meal you want it with!

To help make the bland soup more palatable I use a little chili/curry powder - amazing how it helps!

thank you for your great ideas! Although egg white is not what we recommend - I'm sure that this kind of "cheat" won't harm as it creates a delicious vegetable omelet. On top protein is what we endorse for every day. Best taken as dairy or protein shakes, an egg white will contribute to the protein supply too. I'm sure that our other readers will appreciate your kind of tips for the "hardest" day of the diet week.
