grape juice instead of cranberry juice?
I am on day 1 and noticed that cranberry juice is allowed. Would grape juice also be ok, and if so, should it be limited? Also, can I have it daily, or only on fruit day?
Cranberry juice (without added sugar) is only allowed because of its very low sugar content. And, it's usually too sour to consume it in high quantities. This however isn't true for grape juice. The sugar content of grape juice and the most other fruit juices is much too high for a successful cabbage soup diet week.
