Fruits

Hello,

I was wondering what types of fruits are okay to eat. I live in Florida and we have many fruit tress. Is Kiwi, mango, pineapple, and other tropical fruits okay? And what about strawberries?

Thank you,
Lisa

Hi Lisa,

tropical fruits like kiwis, mango, papayas are great for the cabbage soup diet week. The same is true for strawberries.

Please pay attention with pinneapples. They have a high glycemic index and should be consumed only in limited quantities to avoid hunger cravings afterwards. When eating pinneapples it would be advisable to eat cabbage soup afterwards to balance out a possible insuline spike.

All the best,
Gabriela

PS: cute monkey baby!
