Fruits on Cabbage Soup Diet Day 7

by Salpy
(California)

Tomorrow is day 7 for me and I'm a little confused as to what I can and can't eat. It states that I can have rice, vegetables, and fruit juices, does this mean I'm allowed to eat fruits. What kind of fruit juices am I allowed to eat. Would you please clarify.

Thanks!

Hi Salpy,
you are right! This is not explained well. The newer plans allow on day 7 only rice, vegetables and cabbage soup: rice diet.

The miracle soup diet plan allows you to eat fruits besides vegetables too: miracle soup diet.

And the very old plan allows to drink unsweetened fruit juices, but if you exagerate - it might lead to uncontrolable hunger pains and cause a quick weight gain after the 7 day cabbage soup diet. That's why the fruit juices/smoothies should be based exclusively on 100 % allowed fruits and why it's best to drink not more than 1 - 2 glasses on the day 7.

By the way, if you prefer the plan with allowed fruits however, you might eat fruits together with vegetables in unlimited quantities.

It's up to you which plan you prefer!

All the best,
Gabriela
