Frozen Yogurt
Hi,
Yesterday was my Banana day and I had a little frozen yogurt. It was low fat but not completely sugar or fat free. Will that hurt my diet?

on the banana diet day you may have low fat yoghurt instead of low fat milk, so this shouldn't be a problem. Regarding the sugar: As far as it hasn't caused any stronger hunger feelings, it won't hurt your diet. Otherwise it will make it harder to stick to the diet. In that case eat more cabbage soup or nibble carrots.
