five weeks of cabbage soup diet!

I have being doing the cabbage soup diet for around five weeks now. I do it for seven days them take a day or two off just to have maybe a sandwich or a few biscuits then i do it again for the seven days, I was 14 Stone now I am 12 Stone!

Because i have got so into it I'm a little worried today it is day one and i have had my soup and cherries and raspberry but i made my soup tonight and added cauliflower broccoli and spotts without thinking! Do i have to start again have i cancelled today out? Please help im stressing!


Hi Stephanie,
please stop with the cabbage soup diet now! You will do more harm than good to your body if you are doing it that long. On top you won't have any impressing results - except of risking your health!

Switch now to a healthy long term nutrition (e.g. low fat nutrition) according to your preferences.
You may have the cabbage soup at hand as a starter before your healthy meals. This strategy will help you drop pounds in the long run too.
