Tuna fish on meat diet day

Hi Great site, thanks.
I am thinking to eat tuna on day 5. How much can I eat. Tomorrow is my day 5. I appreciate all your advice you've been giving to people.
Hi Halimah, thank you for your compliment regarding my website. You may eat tuna fish (without) oil as much as you like on day 5 and 6, but we recommend not more than 200 g - 300 g tuna fish per day. Eat instead more cabbage soup for best weight loss results. All the best, Gabriela

Shell Fish on meat days

Can you substitute some of the meat, chicken, fish for shell fish on days 5 & 6?
Hi Laura, yes of course you can have shell fish on days 5 & 6 instead of meat, chicken or fish. Shell Fish is a great and delicious protein source.

Salmon and Prawns

Hi - is salmon (not smoked) allowed on the fish/meat days? What about prawns?
Hi Penny, nice to see someone from Germany here. I'm from Germany too.
For the so called "Meat days" 5 and 6 - only lean meat or fish without skin is allowed.
Salmon however is a fish with a high fat content. That's why I don't recommend it for the cabbage soup diet - but it's a healthy option after the 7 days...
Codfish, Plaice, Haddock and Pikes are the leaner and better fish options. In Germany you'll get them under the following names: Kabeljau (codfish), Scholle (plaice), Schellfisch (haddock) and Hecht (Pike).
Prawns are great, if you can afford them here in Germany. You may even put some of them on your cabbage soup - for variation on the specified days.

fish and chicken on Meat Day
Can I eat fish and chicken in the same day on meat day? Please explain what proteins can be mixed together for best results on the same day?
Hi, yes you may have all type of lean meat or fish on the meat day. But cut the fat out! There is not perfect combination, but poultry or fish pan with vegetables for lunch and a big steak with salad for dinner works very well. Please limit the sodium on the meat.

raw fish

of course you may eat raw fish if you prefer that rather than cooked/baked fish on day 5 or even on day 6.
