First timer on the cabbage soup diet

Hallo, I have been on the 7 day lemon detox diet and found it did nothing but make me miss foood soooooooo much i lost a kg thats it.

Can i now go onto the cabbage diet straight away? I want to know the best place to read up 100% on what to do to loose weight please help. I need recipes and the dos and donts thanks.

welcome in our forums. After your lemon detox diet we recommend to wait several weeks before starting the cabbage soup diet.

ok two things first i have just come off the lemon detox diest and in one day i gained 5 kgs. i am freakn out!!! i havent weighed this much in ever seriously! i want to do this diet and am wondering if i just have cabbage soup as is so noooo additives just boiled cabbage and water u know make a soup will i loose weight?

Hi!
Don't eat only cabbage soup! This is dangerous for your body.

Of course you will loose weight when you eat only cabbage soup (it is low calorie/low fat/low carb) - but you will regain more pounds than you've lost after you start to eat your "normal nutrition" again.

The better option is to have cabbage soup as a starter before your regular meals. This will give you a satieted feeling, you will eat less of your
meal and on top loose weight in the long run.
