Feeling Tired and Lightheaded

1. Today is my 4th day on the diet and I am very tired and have been feeling lightheaded. Is this normal?
2. Tomorrow is day 5 with beef and tomatoes. I do not like tomatoes. What can I substitute?
3. Everyone says that I will only lose water weight and will gain it back once the 7 days are over. Is this true?
Hi Liz,
1. Everybody reacts different. Try to drink enough water or tea through the day to purify your body. Take also a good multivitamin and minerals daily. Eat cabbage soup whenever hungry. Usually the tireness and lightheaded feeling disappears within a day. If not we recommend to consult your doctor.
