Excercise & diet

Hi,
I have recently been working out consistently six days a week including doing birkam yoga four times a week. Can I continue my work out routine while on this diet??

Yes of course you can - no you should work out! while doing the cabbage soup diet. Of course birkam yoga is welcome too...
It is however very important to add 2 protein shakes per day for best energy supply and protecting your muscles.
