drinking cabbage soup instead of eating

by SAIRA
(Lahore, Pakistan)

Hi,
I take 14 glases of water and cook my soup for 2 hours at least. Finally the cabbage and tomatoes become too tender and tasteless to it. I strain my soup and drink 8 to 10 glasses of soup whole day. Am i doing it in right way?

Hi Saira,
you should NOT strain your soup but consume it together with the vegetables. The vegetables contain important detoxifying elements. If you prefer your soup drinkable, we recommend to bled it in a mixer.

8 - 10 glasses of "mixed" cabbage soup per day is fine!

For cooking time we recommend to cook the vegetables not that long. We let the soup & vegetables boil and then simmer for about 10 minutes. This keeps the vitamines within the cabbage soup and makes it much more tasty & healthy.

All the best,
Gabriela

If you keep on loosing like this, I might start using the same plan. Best of luck with the rest of the vegetables.
