Dressings, Dips, Condiments, etc.

I have been looking around and can't really find any answer to my question.
What is allowed as far as dressings (salad, mainly), dips and condiments?
I read somewhere mustard is okay? in moderation because of sodium. is that correct?
As far as a crunchy salty snack.... is a pickle okay to have? Obviously not the whole jar, lol but maybe one or two on veggie days?

congratulations to your weight loss so far:)
You may have up to 1 tablespoon olive oil and up to 1 tablespoon vinegar per day.
This is together with low sodium seasoning and herbs a great base for a salad dressing. If you don't need all the oil you may use part of it to saute vegetables or even to enhance your cabbage soup.
1-2 small pickles as allowed cheat on the vegetable days are a great motivator and shouldn't harm your weight loss.
Another allowed cheat is 1 teaspoon of mustard per vegetable day.
