Did I totally mess up this diet on day 1 with olives?

First of all, I added jalapenos and sliced green olives to my soup thinking I had all kinds of leaway with variations ... now thinking that I busted the whole week having olives in my soup ... whole jar!!!?!?!?!?!

Also, was wondering about slimfast meal replacement as protein shake? Only because I already have some.

Help!?!?! I am not much of a cook, so it was a big deal to make this gigantic pot of soup .... I hope I can continue the week even with my olive add in!?!! P.s. what tipped me off, is I read somewhere that avocado is not allowed at all this week... then I started thinking olives would be out as well?

Hi,
usually you can have one tablesoon olive oil per day. E.G. adding it to your soup. I don't know how high the fat content of this olive jar is?!
But it could be a good idea to freeze the soup in portions and cook yourself a new pot - only with allowed ingredients. Then you have a nice soup variation...I think one portion "olive cabbage soup" per day and 4-5 portions of the original cabbage soup could be a viable way to have the best of both worlds and still lose weight.

Yes, you could use the slimfast shake as protein shake replacement.

All the best,
Gabriela
