Day 5- sun dried tomatoes

On day 5, can we have sun dried tomatoes as well as fresh tomatoes? Thanks

Hi Carly,
this depends on the ingredients of the sun dried tomatoes. If they are without any oil or other condiments - you can have sun dried potatoes besides your fresh potatoes too. The fresh tomatoes haowever have a better purifying effect.
