day 1 and day 2 questions

Hi,
I totally omitted the cabbage soup from day 1 and day 2 should i start all over again?

day1 i ate : 1 green apple and 1 yellow apple for breakfast and part of the afternoon and in the evening i ate 1 half of both green and yellow apples and an orange.

day 2 : i had some mashed potatoes with some spices and pepper on and a lemon. then a whole bowel of fresh salad ( tomatoes, lettuce , cucumber and carrots with lemon and some spices too) and then i ate some OKRA with tomato paste.


BUT NO CABBAGE SOUP TILL NOW

did i screw up with these 2 days ?
should i start all over again?

how often could i repeat this diet per month?

and i heard that bananas and milk help u gain weight ..... could i totally omit the bananas ? and what to be taken instead if so?

Dear Dina,
I regret to tell you but it makes no sense to follow your kind of diet program. It can do you more harm than good. Please stop it NOW! and switch to a balanced nutrition for several weeks to give your body time to recover.

Then maybe after christmas (for most it works well in January) start the cabbage soup diet with added protein from scratch. Choose one of our several plans that best suits you.

If you don't like bananas you may replace it with apricots or kiwis.

Don't repeat the cabbage soup diet more often than 3-4 times per year!!!

how to put off some weight?

dear gabriella ,
i stopped my diet immediately as you told me.
i ate half a loaf of bread n Rockford cheese for breakfast with an apple before it and tea.

could you , as an expert, help me lose thigh muscles and fats?? i guess my main problem are carbohydrates i love bread , pasta and rice. also cheese is a problem too.

i need to lose belly fat , love handles and thigh muscle and fats. what please can i do?
