Dash Seasoning

Can I use Dash Seasoning in the Cabbage Soup and on Veggies? It says that it is Salt Free. Thanks.

Dash Sesoning is great for the cabbager soup and the veggies as it is All-Natural, Salt Free and
Kosher.

It contains the following ingredients:
Onion, garlic, carrot and spices (black pepper, basil, parsley, bay, celery seed, oregano, thyme, savory, cayenne pepper, coriander, mustard, cumin, rosemary)

Too much Salt in cabbage soup?

I am afraid I have put too much salt in my cabbage soup. I am on day 5 and feeling bloated and not losing weight. Will this water weight shed after day 7? Thanks!

Dear Marie,
too much salt in the cabbage soup is one of the main reasons why people don't see the wished weight loss success after 7 days. Try to use low sodium cubes and seasonings for the remaining days. The last rice diet day will also help your body to get rid of excess water.

The water weight usually sheds away very quickly if you switch to low sodium nutrition.
