1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
3 large carrots, chopped
8 stalks of celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 large green peppers, chopped
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained and rinsed
1 can chicken or vegetable broth
12 oz V-8 vegetable juice

Directions:
Place all ingredients in large crock pot. Cook on high for two hours, then on low for 3 hours.

Makes 10 servings.

20 oz ground turkey breast
2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp paprika

2 cups low sodium chicken broth

Directions:
1. Sautee garlic in skillet using low calorie cooking spray. Add turkey and brown.

2. Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours. Add water if required.
