Couple of cabbage soup diet questions...

1. can you eat raw cabbage with a lemon olive oil and dash salt dressing on any of the days?
2.Is there any specific Fruits that are better for the diet then others?
3.Are avocados ok for the veggie days?
Sorry about all the questions. I just want to make sure that I am doing it right. I'm mainly doig the diet to tone up my figure.

your questions are very welcome.
1. raw cabbage with a lemon-olive oil dressing is great on all "vegetable days" like day 2, 3, 6, 7. Please limit your salt intake and use the best olive oil quality you can get. Note: You may have 1 tablespoon olive oil per diet day.
2. fruits with a high glycemic index like water melons, papayas, pineapples are allowed but shouldn't be eaten in very large quantities.
3. avocados are too fat for the cabbage soup diet week.
