coconuts on cabbage soup diet

Can I have diet soda? and what about Coconut? Can I have it on the fruit days? This is my second day and I have lost 3lbs so far.

congratulation to your weight loss success so far.
We don't recommend any diet Soda while on the cabbage soup diet. Diet Sodas will make you only hungry.

I regret but Coconuts are too high in fat and not allowed for the cabbage soup diet.
