cinnamon on cabbage soup diet

Hi there,
I was just wondering, if you are allowed to use cinnamon while on the cabbage soup diet.
I really want to make apple chips! But most recipes suggest putting cinnamon on them to make them taste yummier. Would this be okay???

just go ahead and sprinkle some cinnammon over your apple chips - this shouldn't be a problem.
