cinnamon in coffee

by Michele

I love my coffee but having trouble having it black, is there anything I can put in there, such as cinnammon? Any recommendations?

Thank you!
-Michele :)

Hi Michele,
Cinnamon is a popular spice which has a great taste. Just sprinkle a bit cinnammon powder over your coffee.

This shouldn't be a problem while on cabbage soup diet. In contrast it might even improve your weight loss success based on cinnamon's medicinal value.
Did you know that cinnamon might be able to reduce blood sugar? This was reported in a respected diabetes journal. At the same time cinnamon increases the level of insulin. This blood sugar effect could be helpful in the war against obesity especially when caused through insulin resistance, sometimes known as the "Metabolic Syndrome" or prediabetes.

All the best,
Gabriela
