Chili on day 5-6

Chop 10oz beef into bite size,
3 lg tomatoes,
an onion,
clove garlic,
and couple chilies

Mix together spices
1 t.chili po
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 t. turmeric
1/4 t. ginger
2 ground cloves
black pepper

mix all spices ...

1) Simmer onion in small amount of water
2) then mix in spices and cook one minute.
3) Add rest of ingredients and stock cubes and bay leaf..
4) Cook til tomatoes have broken down a little
5) add water and simmer 29-30 minutes..

serves one person..
