Cheese on Day 4

Hi
We have successfully tried this diet now on it for the 4th time, it's a great kick start.
I'm sure I have read some where you can have a limited amount of cheese on day 4 - this allowed

Dear Laura,
you can have curd cheese (low fat) instead of
low fat milk or yoghurt on day 4 together with the bananas. Otherwise 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese is an allowed cheat everyday.
