cheating on the vegetables day
I'm only on day two and having a hard time sticking with it....i ate some brown rice shushi and a granola bar do i have to start the whole diet over ? It was a 90 calorie granola bar ......and some brown rice need some imput please
Hi the problem is not the rice but the granola bar that will give you a hard time sticking to the whole diet week. The sugar/chococlate influences your insuline level in a bad way.
That might cause hunger cravings.
In case you can manage your remaining days without unallowed cheating you would still see an impressive weight loss. But if you know/feel already that your chocolate/sugar cravings are overwhelming, then it would be better to stop the cabbage soup diet know and try it some days/weeks later again.
