Cheating for a meal on banana / milk day

I just started the diet this morning & got a call about last minute planning for a family birthday. It includes lunch out at a restaurant. If I have to cheat a meal on banana / milk day, what would be best to eat?

if you would have to cheat a meal on a banana day the best choice would be to have a low fat vegetable soup - as it comes very close to our cabbage soup. The second best choice would be a big salad plate with a light dressing that is served to you seperately. If all this doesn't work the best would be to switch day 4 and day 5. You could then order at least a big steak with tomato salad. But you should know that switching days might cause you higher hunger pains than when you stay withing the exact 7 day diet plan.
