cabbage soup with tofu

I sautee onions, garlic, tomatoes bellpeppers, red and green celery, carrots, mushrooms in olive oil, salt and pepper it then I slice my cabbage and add some cubes of tofu for protein, I add hot water when veggies are cooked and onion mix with a chicken bullion just 1. I simmer for 20 min.
Before serving I add a bit of tapatio hot sauce and a bit a avocado on veggie days.......I have to say it hits the spot! so delish!
