Especially in autumn you will love this wonderful soup variation with pumpkin.
Use the ingredients above on the picture.
Wash and cut cabbage in stripes. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut it in small cubes. Peel onions and garlic, cut into very small pieces and steam in a large pan with 1 tablespoon of hot olive oil for 2 minutes. Add cabbage and pumpkin and let it fry a bit while stirring. Pour in water and let it come to a boil. At last add cubes, seasonings and let it simmer (covered) for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
