Cabbage Soup - Stuff yourself
by Elaine

The Cabbage receipe says to STUFF yourself alot. Does this really mean stuff yourself or does it mean eat until you are full and eat again when you are hungry. Also, should you eat after a certain time? Like eat until 7/8 PM and don't eat until you wake up the next morning?
Thanks for any help.
Hi Elaine,
the expression "stuff yourself" is a picture and meant for those people who think that one cup of cabbage soup in the afternoon and one in the evening is enough. Those people will get quick very hungry.
But if you manage to eat a sufficient quantity of cabbage soup through your day, then it is ok when you stop eating it as soon as you are full - eg. at lunch.
Eat it only again in between when you are hungry. A rule of a thumb is: One big pot of cabbage soup should last maximum 2 days. That means that for seven days you will have to cook all two days a new pot of cabbage soup.
By the way the cabbage soup can be even eaten just before going to bed. We don't recommend however eating anything at night. Enjoy your sleep. This helps your body to digest the cabbage and by this shed your pounds.
All the best,
Gabriela
