Cabbage Soup Recipe with Squash

(Borger ,Texas 79007 USA)

1 large can of V8 juice
1 carton organic fat free reduced sodium Chicken broth
1 green pepper
2 ribs of celery, chopped into 2" pieces
1 medium squash chopped in large pieces,
(I use Mexican or Zuchini)
1 small head of cabbage,chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium carrots cut into 1 inch pieces
Few drops of Tabasco sauce, a little salt and black pepper to taste.

Put in a large pot and cook until crisp tender. Add squash and Continue cooking until the squash is tender.
