cabbage soup diets without cabbage soup

hi,
im new to this forum, and so far im loving it. thanks for all the lovely advise, it is very helpful. i have done the diet several times before and yes have lost up to 7lbs in a week.

im on it again and i think i have been very naughty. im doing the diet without the cabbage soup.....everything else im doing to the letter, but just not with the soup. so far this is day 4 and have lost 4 lbs so far.

i cannot take that soup believe me i have tried. will any other veggie soup be ok low fat of course. what veggies can i not use. and by the way miss G the site is a blast thank thank thank so so much keep up the great work....bless you

thank you for your compliments regarding this website!

Of course you can do the 7 day cabbage soup diet plan based on another vegetable soup instead of the cabbage soup. Find here some vegetable soup diet recipes. But please don't do it without the soup! The vegetable soup itself is an important weight loss component.

My soup diet

Hi,
I did the cabbage soup diet just as the plan calls for lost 15plus lbs. After that the next week I made another batch, this time I put some baked chicken almost a whole chicken and ate salad with tomateos and hard boiled eggs and my own dressing. 1/2 cup olive oil and red wine vinegar teaspoon of lemon pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and cumins.

This week I lost another 15 lbs. This the 3rd week I am doing the soup without cabbage. Will replace chicken with turkey per baked legs and thighs with the skin removed. I bake them also. Will use lots of carrots, fresh green beans, fresh mushroom, celery,onion 2 med.size, 2large green peppers, 3 cans of diced tomateos(no salt added),V8juice low sodium 1Qrt.
season your taste.
