Can we have protein daily to keep from losing our lean mucsle? If so, how much a day?

In general you are allowed to take every day protein powder, 2 times a day. For one protein shake you need 2 tablespoons protein powder mixed with 8 oz (250 ml) water or low fat milk.

protein shake replacement

I live in Jordan Middle east, and I'm on the CSD this is day 2 and I can't find a protein powder and whey in my country, is there any alternative?
Hi Linda, short term you may replace the protein shake with one egg white (2 egg whites per day maximum).
In case you want to repeat this diet try to order the protein shake online. evitamis.com for example is delivering internationally, Jordan included.

Why the potato? It's late and I forgot to make/eat one. Do I have to go make one and eat it or can I skip it?
The potato is to avoid unbearable hunger feelings. If you forgot one, it's ok to skip it - but make sure to eat enough cabbage soup.
