1 cup of Cottage cheese first day of csd... is this bad?

Hi,
This is my first day of the CSD I did good all day until this evening. I had a major late night craving. I ended eating 1 cup of 2% cottage cheese but, I did add a whole bunch of strawberries to it. Is this going to hinder my results? Did I really mess up for the first day? I hope you have something encouraging to say...
I did think that since the cottage cheese has 12 grams of proteins per serving maybe that wouldn't be too bad...Thank You

Don't worry - your low fat cottage cheese is not contraproductive to your weight loss success. In contrast, the protein helps you to protect your muscels. If you don't want to add another protein source to your diet week we even endorse you to eat 1-2 cups low fat cottage cheese every day!

Can I dip my veggies in some cottage cheese - I don't really like veggies by themselves?

Dear Ellie,
the newer plans allow protein like low fat dairy or protein shakes on each day of the cabbage soup diet. You can vary this with cottage cheese - but please make sure that you choose the low fat version otherwise it is too high in fat for the diet week.
