cabbage soup diet tips

I am on my 2nd day of cabbage soup diet plan and found not very bad. I wanted to ask does this really work as till 2 days i haven't lost anything at all as it is said sometimes some pounds go down on the first day itself...
I also want to tell that today as my son was eating some frys so i got tempted and had 5 pieces of it....have I lost everything as i broke my diet ...
and can I take protein powder with water and can i use the spoons that we get with the box ..how many spoons can i use as the box spoon is very big...

1. Everybody reacts different to this diet read here my answers to similar questions lose weight on the cabbage soup diet.
2. The 5 fries won’t ruin your diet success, go ahead, but please stick from now on to the diet plan strictly. Every cheating will make it even harder to stick to the plan and in the end you won’t see any impressing results. Find here some allowed cheats.
3. I don’t know your type of protein powder nor the spoon size in the box. But for the most protein powder the following recommendation works: mix 2 tablespoons (1/3 cup) of protein powder into at least 8 oz (250 ml) of milk, water or juice.
