Cabbage soup diet - I want this to be a lifestyle change

Hey,
first of all, i think it's great that you can ask your questions and read others success stories on this diet on your website because I log on to this website whenever i get tempted to eat other things.
Anyway, I want to make this weight loss permanent. I want to follow it for a long time. I'm working out 1.5-2 hours daily and have added a boiled egg to this diet. Due to the lack of protein and being fulfilling. I find that its easier to do this diet after having a boiled egg in the morning. I know losing 10lbs may not be possible in the first week. But is it dangerous to follow this routine over a period of 2 weeks? how much weight will I lose with this routine?

For protein addition we recommend low fat milk products or protein shakes. You'll find special plans on this website.
One egg per day is only an alternative if you don't have any cholesterol problems.
I don't recommend this cabbage soup diet for longer than a 7 day period - the nutrition is too restricted. Try to switch to a healthy nutrition afterwards and incorporate cabbage soup as a filler befor your meals. With this strategy you will lose pounds in the long run too. This is also an important step towards your wished lifestyle change.
Of course you can repeat the 7 day cabbage soup diet after several months of healthy nutrition.
