What do you eat for breakfast?
It depends on the cabbage soup diet day.
On day 1: fruits,
on day 2: vegetables,
on day 3: fruits and vegetables,
on day 4: bananas and dairy,
on day 5: tomatoes,
on day 6: vegetables,
on day 7: vegetables.
If this is not enough you may even have cabbage soup if you like in the morning.
The improved cabbage soup diet plan allows in addition one proteinshake in the morning and one in the afternoon.
