What do you eat for breakfast?

It depends on the cabbage soup diet day.
On day 1: fruits,
on day 2: vegetables,
on day 3: fruits and vegetables,
on day 4: bananas and dairy,
on day 5: tomatoes,
on day 6: vegetables,
on day 7: vegetables.

If this is not enough you may even have cabbage soup if you like in the morning.

The improved cabbage soup diet plan allows in addition one proteinshake in the morning and one in the afternoon.

excellent coffee for breakfast

Some cabbage soup diet plans allow coffee. It is recommended to drink not more than 2-3 cups of coffee per day while on the cabbage soup diet. For me, coffee is an important part of the breakfast. It helps me to start my day successfully.

My tip: When I take coffee then I use the best coffee quality I can get (Lavazza!) - made by my italian espresso machine. The excellent coffee quality helps me to stay motivated the whole cabbage soup diet week.

I have done this diet 2 times. Thought I memorized all the days, BUT, on day 3, today, I thought it was supposed to be bananas and skim milk. Should I now continue eating bananas since I already had 2 and very little milk or should I stop with the bananas and milk and go to veggies and fruit or do I continue with the bananas and milk and tomorrow do the veggies and fruit. Will switching the days cause havoc with the diet. Help! Thank you.

Hi,
we recommend to continue the banana day and have fruits + veggies tommorrow. The banana day is important to stop your high hunger feelings that may occur. But if you eat enough cabbage soup every day, you will keep the hunger down and you might expect a similar impressive weight loss effect.
