Cabbage Soup Diet and Protein

Can we have protein daily to keep from losing our lean mucsle? If so, how much a day?

Hi Julie,
we even recommend to take protein while on cabbage soup diet to prevent loosing muscle mass. Check here our convenient cabbage soup diet plan with added protein. You'll find there also delicious fat burner shake recipes with added protein powder.

In general you are allowed to take every day protein powder, 2 times a day. For one protein shake you need 2 tablespoons protein powder mixed with 8 oz (250 ml) water or low fat milk.
