cabbage soup combined with balanced diet

I eat a balanced diet but would like to drop a few pounds.
Would eating the Cabbage Soup with a balanced diet still raise your metabolism to burn off the other food you eat?

Eating a balanced diet combined with the cabbage soup is an excellent idea. It's of course not as rigid and quick as the cabbage soup diet week but it leads also to weight loss and it is much easier.
Eat the soup preferably before your meals for a better filling effect. Not only will you eat less from your balanced lunch or dinner but you will also profit from the detoxifying and fat burning power of cabbage.
For digesting cabbage, the body uses the energy from your fat cells...
One strategy could be to cook a pot of cabbage soup on Friday evening and try to combine it with your balanced diet on Saturday and Sunday. This helps you to lose at least 2-3 pounds a weekend. And if necessary you might repeat this procedure the next weekend again.
