Fresh Cabbage Juice

Hi this is my 4th day but not so serious about now. I have been eating fruit, veggies and chicken in a limited way. Trying to control my unhealthy food habits first. I will restart the diet as per the rule.
I wanted to know, if it is okey to have fresh cabbage juice instead of soup? If yes, how much should I have to consume?
Also, one more question, can I drink Butter Milk?


Hi Danny,
you may have cabbage juice in addition to cabbage soup - even every day! But don't replace it with cabbage soup. It is especially the cabbage soup that will help you lose pounds even in the long run - as the satiation effect of soup is very high.

For your daily protein intake you may have dairy like low fat butter milk in limited quantities.

On the veggie days, can you have vegetable juice along with your vegetable intake?

If you prepare your vegetable juice with your own vegetables in a food processor go for it! Otherwise we recommend to buy organic, sodium free vegetable juice.
