Business Lunch on Banana Day
I have business meeting with a client where we have to go out to dinner. My question: Is there anything i can order to somehow not lose everything that i have done so far. BY the way it's the banana day... help

all other days would be much easier...
Strategy 1:
If you havn't started your banana diet day yet I recommend to switch day 4 with day 5 or 6.
To order a big steak with tomatoes or steamed vegetables in a restaurant is much easier. And your client won't even guess that you are dieting...
Strategy 2:
In case you have already started your banana diet day try to order a clear vegetable soup (instead of cabbage soup) and have a salad with eg. chicken/turkey afterwards. You can also skip the soup and have only salad.
Make sure to order the dressing (usually high in fat) separately and sprinkle only some drops of it over your salad. For the remaining day try to continue the banana diet: have cabbage soup + 2-3 bananas in the evening to avoid hunger attacks.
With either strategy 1 or 2 you should be fine and see an impressive weight loss effect too.
By the way, a lean salad with chicken is what I'm eating very often when I'm out for lunch and don't want to risk gaining weight. Even Mc Donalds is offering this kind of healthy salad option...
