Is there a substitute for brown rice? can't find it in my area
Hi Uloma, you may try it with couscous, if you can get it in your area.
plz tell me hoe many glases of soup have to drink in a day n also guid me wether i make the soup every day with the same quantity of veges or this soup is 4 whlo week?

what can i substitute brown rice with
If you don't have brown rice use the most natural you can find. Otherwise the diet works also with white rice. But it is not that healthy!
