Let water come to a boil and dissolve sea salt in it. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. If necessary add water to form a wet paste.
Rub the mixture over all your body and cover yourself with a clean white sheet or thin towels. Most salons recommend using proper wrapping sheets. The compaction helps to squeeze the tissues together for better results. Relax in the tub for a minimum of 45 minutes up to one hour.

While filling the the tub pour the ingredients into the bath

Massage two tablespoons of epsom salts, mixed with 1 tablespoon of olive oil or bath oil over wet skin to exfoliate, cleanse and rub the rough spots softly. Rinse well.
