Clay Body Wrap Recipe
1 cup green clay or bentonite 1/4 cup sea salt 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 cups water
Boil water and dissole sea salt in it. Add the remaining and stir. If necessary add water to form a wet paste.
Rub the mixture over all your body and cover yourself with a clean white sheet or thin towels. Most salons recommend using proper wrapping sheets. The compaction helps to squeeze the tissues together for better results.
Relax in the tub for a min. of 45 min. up to one hour.

Detox Bath Recipe with Epsom Salt
sea salt (a handful) 1 cup epsom salts bath oil (2 tablespoons)
While filling the the tub pour the ingredients into the bath
Caution: Take no baths if you have high blood pressure, diabetic, heart or kidney troubles.
Epsom Salt Scrub Recipe
Massage two tablespoons of epsom salts, mixed with 1 tablespoon of olive oil or bath oil over wet skin to exfoliate, cleanse and rub the rough spots softly. Rinse well.
