Beets are very high in sugar. One reason they are not good for a diabetic diet.

I did check and the one i saw did have sugar, so I am returning it. I do think it comes in a sugar free type... will keep searching. I love beets.

It's a beet soup that comes from old world Russia and you can get it in a jar/bottle by a company called Maneschevitz... I'll check ingredients when I go to the store.

yes, please check ingredients, if it is low fat, low sodium and sugar free you might have this soup on the cabbage soup diet week too.
