Beef, soya mince and soya milk

Hi , I am really looking forward to starting this diet. I wonder if I could ask a couple of questions please? My husband and I are doing the 'new' version of the diet and I was wondering if he could have beef on the chicken and fish days? Also, can I have TVP (soya mince) and soya milk on my version?

your questions are always welcome.
Yes he could have beef on the two "meat days".

Soya Mince is a great meat substitute for the meat days and soya milk is a very healthy protein source that is highy recommended for the cabbage soup diet week.

Hi Gabriela, thank you so much regarding my questions about beef and soya - i've never known such excellent and fast service. Brilliant!! My husband is so happy as I can make him homemade beef and vegetable goulash and it will be diet friendly!!

If we are desperate can we repeat the diet after the first seven days?

thank you for your kind words.

Best for your health would be to wait several weeks (at least 8 weeks) before repeating the cabbage soup diet. A better option is to switch to a low fat nutrition and have cabbage soup or another vegetable soup as a starter before your regular meals. With this strategy you will also shed some pounds in the long run.
