Beef and Tomatoe (Day 5 and 6); After the diet

Hello,

I had a couple of questions.Today makes day 4 of my cabbage soup diet and as of this morning i haves lost 3lbs. I am not sure if this is on track or not. For days 5 and 6 I bought me a roast to put in the oven. Is this okay? or will bake fish be better?

Also, after the diet I was planning on doing Alli BUT WITHOUT TAKING THE PILLS. Just follow the meal plan. Is this suggested as a successful LT weight loss plan?

Hello Chass,
3lbs lost weight within 3 days is good average and you are on right track.

When the roast beef is low fat then go for it!
You can of course also combine it with fish in that way that you have roast for each lunch and fish for each dinner on day 5+6 - or vice versa.

Regarding Alli - when the balanced diet plan suits you then this is a wonderful next step after the 7 day diet week.
