Pawpaw
I can not eat bananas. Just the smell of them make me sick. What can I eat in the place of bananas?
For the the banana day 4 of the cabbage soup diet you should consume at least 3 bananas . Bananas are high in carbohydrates and calories. You will need the carbs and potassium today.
Pawpaw (Papaya) also known as Indiana banana, might be a good substitute for banana, if it is available in your area. You should enjoy Pawpaw fruit fesh. (by the way, it is is often substituted for bananas when baking banana bread.) If not available in your area, you could also try kiwis. From nutritional value Kiwi and papaya outrank bananas as the top low-sodium, high-potassium fruits. These two are also the fruits that provide the most nutrition. Very low in fat, one papaya has just half the calories of a large banana.
