banana day without milk

Another question is today is banana day for me, but can't stand skim milk, I am not a milk drinker at all. Don't like dairy product could there be something else
Dear Theresa,
you may try soy milk instead - if you can't tolerate it then please switch to another weight loss option. Protein is necessary for a healthy weight loss!
