Artificial Sweetener and csd

Im a heavy coffee drinker but Im trying to cut down to 3 cups a day on this diet. I dont use milk in my coffee but I do use artifical sweetener.
How will this effect my diet and do you recommend that I stop using the artificial sweetener ?
Hi Johan,
the problem with the artificial sweetener is that it will make you very hungry, this again makes ist very hard to stick to the whole diet week. From my experience: Those people who can't finish the 7 day cabbage soup diet are mostly those, who add artificial sweetener to their coffee and in consequence they are experiencing hunger cravings.
For best weight loss results - please stay away from artificial sweeteners and limit your coffee intake to 2-3 cups per day maximum.
