Are figs alloweded?

On fruit days can I eat figs (fresh) or are they not alloweded like bannanas because they are too sweet?

Yes, you may eat fresh figs on fruit days but NOT the dry ones!

I am on day one and did well, but i did have some dried figs. (6 or 7).do I have to start over?

Hi Rob,
No you don't have to start over. But with the dried figs it may be, that hunger cravings will occur. Please keep the cabbage soup at hand and eat more than you've maybe planned to resist uncontrollable sugar cravings.
