I need to know what are the fruits need to be taken?
Also can you provide some list of fruits that are rich in protein.

find in the following a list of allowed fruits for the fruit days of the cabbage soup diet. (No bananas are allowed):
- apples
- apricots
- blackberries
- cherries
- grapefruits
- grapes
- kiwifruits
- mangos
- melons
- peaches
- pears
- plums
- oranges
- pawpaws
- pineaples
- raspberries
- strawberries
...and many more
Fruits in general have a low protein content.
Instead you may have 2 proteinshakes per day while on the cabbage soup diet.
Please consume fruits with a high glycemic index like pineapples and water melons only in limited quantities - to avoid hunger pains!
