I am on my second day of the diet and accidentally ate some grapes for breakfast. I forgot it was all vegetable day. Did I sabatoge that diet and do I need to stay on it an extra day for it to work?
Dear Tamieka,
you did not screw it up! There are much harder cheats. Just continue and stick from now on closely to the cabbage soup diet plan. Please be aware of the fact that the fruit sugar in grapes might make it harder for you regarding sugar cravings. In that case please nibble some carrots.
